PLOT
The plot of the movie are In a future where time is money and the wealthy can live forever, Will Salas (Justin Timberlake) is a poor man who rarely has more than a day's worth of life on his time clock. When he saves Henry Hamilton (Matt Bomer) from time thieves, Will receives the gift of a century. However, such a large transaction attracts the attention of the authorities, and when Will is falsely accused of murder, he must go on the run, taking the daughter (Amanda Seyfried ) of an incredibly wealthy man with him.
This movie is about a couple who wants to change a cruel systems that the government runs, they used times as the currency to buys anything and the government has separate people based on their whealthiness .People that has less time or considered poor need to live outside of the main city only the rich people allows to work and live there.

1
THE THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THIS MOVIE
The things that I liked about this movie are because of the genre ,action fiction ,I like about this kind of genre ,and the plot of the story interest me a lot more ,I liked the concept of the time as a currency and money no longer value in this movie ,it deliver lots of moral values and lesson for all of us .In this movie the times is the most important things in life without time they will die ,its show how vital is the time for them and secretly pass down a subliminal messages for us that we must use our time wisely and not waste it over thing that unnecessary .People in the movie will stop ages at the age of 25 they will remain to look 25 years old for the rest of their life .The scene that I liked the most is when Will Salas won the battle with the Minuteman and takes all of his time ,the Minuteman Is a bad guy he takes all of the people times for his own sake , I am glad that the guy was dead .The plot of the movie was good and entertaining its not boring at all ,the movie posses lots of messages and moral values .For the editing the editor done it so well .I loved the sounds its crystal clear and understandable .for the themes of the movie its interesting and unique the modern city and deserted city its show symbolism for the rich and poor people.
THE THINGS I DISLIKE ABOUT THIS MOVIE
The things that I dislikes about this movie are the concept of separating the rich and the poor. This concept bugging me its show the unfairness of the government treating the citizen .The government should find a way to solve the poverty problem and gave a chance of oppoturnity to citizen instead of taking advantage of their desperateness .This concept actually happen in some country in the real world. We have to open our eyes and find a way on how to solve this problems, we cannot take it as a simple perception.

2
CONCEPTS OF COMMUNICATION
Intrapersonal is the process of talking to oneself, communicator’s use internal use of language or thought In this movie the process happen in the beginning of the movie .Will Salas explaining about the state of the life he lived and the dream of him to have more time when he wake up in the morning .The positive of the communication is its rise up the will of him to achieve the dream .The negative effect is he might achieve it by doing an illegal methods such robbing ,murder and fraud.
Interpersonal is the process of communication between two people .In this movie there’s a lot of the scene that involve the interpersonal some of it is when Will Salas communicate with his mother at the beginning of the movie .The most interpersonal happen between Will Salas and Sylvia Weis it happen almost in every scene of the movie .The positive of communication that involve is they can knows each others well and planning for the best in many aspects such as love and future .The negatives effect is they might tells a false information ,this can lead them into a denial in relationship.

3

Business Communication Between People with Different Cultural Backgrounds

...Sciences 1(19): 121 – 129 (2009) CD-ROM. ISSN: 1943-6114 © InternationalJournal.org Business Communication between People with Different Cultural Backgrounds Livia Ablonczy-Mihályka, Széchenyi István University, Hungary Abstract At present every aspect of our social, scientific and mental life is subdued to accelerated development. In our globalised world, the amount of cross-national communication increases drastically and in recent years many researchers have emphasised the importance of awareness of different cultural norms as globalisation has brought about a growing trend to communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. This paper argues for a revaluation of how we approach the topic of business communication and for greater emphasis on successful business communication as the goal of better understanding in global business setting. The ideas which are presented in this paper have been derived over a period of two years of our own research and through the reading of research literature. The research to be discussed in the paper is connected to one of the major research lines at Széchenyi István University, titled The dialogue of professional, organisational and national cultures. The purpose of the present paper is to present the results of a survey conducted with professionals who communicate with foreign business partners. The data were gathered by means of a questionnaire. At the root of the argument is the hypothesis that communication rules and norms...

India and Us

...Value Orientation of Indian and U.S. Respondents: A Study of Gender, Education, and National Culture Bahaudin G. Mujtaba, Nova Southeastern University Randolph Pohlman, Nova Southeastern University Introduction Value theory states that what a person truly values will drive his or her actions and behaviors in the workplace (Pohlman and Gardiner, 2000). Using the value theory as a foundation, we wanted to know whether Americans and Indians are focused more on completing tasks or maintaining relationships. It is important for managers, leaders, and working professionals to reflect on their relationships with people of different cultures and examine how differences in context can lead to cultural misunderstanding for overseas employees living or working in India or the United States (Cavico and Mujtaba, 2011). This paper analyzes the relationship similarities and dissimilarities between American and Indian respondents. It is almost impossible for a manager or a company to succeed in today's global workplace without relevant knowledge and understanding of issues that pertain to their employees' age, education, gender, and culture (Mujtaba and Cavico, 2010). Mujtaba and Balboa (2009) explain that context indicates the level at which communication occurs outside of verbal discussion. Understanding the effect of the differences in context provides a knowledge base and cultural intelligence that can help provide not only strong teams but also more over effective business relationships...
