There are many ways that discrimination can be identified. Age, race, color, gender, religion, nationality, pregnancy, and sexual harassment. It is very important that we are aware of all of these reasons for discrimination. One way to prevent this is to make our employees know that we will not tolerate this kind of behavior. We are going to set a new and improved training program that will give all managers the best examples on how to prevent this type of behavior. There will be a training program in place and available beginning May 31, 2016. I am asking all Managers to attend a seminar on May 29, 2016 to go over how this program is set up. Going forward this will be a requirement for all managers to review this program in place before beginning their assignments. This will be for all managers past and new. The program is being outlined below.
The best way to avoid discrimination is to adopt an anti-discrimination policy. The policy should encourage a work force culture that will not allow discrimination in the work place. First set a standard any discriminations on all levels to be unacceptable and can result in termination immediately. The new multi-channel reporting for discrimination will be implemented to allow employees more ways to discrimination. There will be training drills introduced to management this will create an ant discrimination that is their responsibility. The managers training program will give tools to identify discrimination. Discrimination policies and procedures employees must be trained properly on what discrimination is and how to report it. The end of the training each employee will sign a form stating that they have completed the training. This will acknowledge that the
