3. Enfoque en las personas: * Baja: Para la empresa es bajo el grado, porque en las decisiones de la empresa no incurren para nada los empleados, pero también puede decir que no se ha presentado el momento en donde los empleados influyan en las decisiones de la empresa.

4. Integración de las unidades: * Alta: Es alta porque las unidades organizativas son animadas a funcionar de manera coordinada, en esta empresa es necesaria esta integración y también es alta porque como es necesario que interactúen y que sean coordinados para el ensamble de las bicicletas.

5. Control: * Medio: Es media porque en la empresa es poco el uso de los mecanismos de control, si hay una supervisión para controlar el comportamiento de nuestro empleados.
