Richer Sounds’ Headquarters is moving up north

The cost for Richer Sounds monthly rent would significantly be reduced if they want to go multi-national and own properties all over the country. Within mind a thousand feet could pay several thousand monthly rent. Within mind of the thoughts of the stakeholders who would have to move home and socialise with people outside their own neck of the woods. The BBC moved from UK capital London to Salford in Manchester for £2.000.000 travel costs and a further £24.000.000 for development. This is because they want to get more involved with communities who have paid their taxes to London and they feel it is time to give something to them.

Before moving; the business should research the businesses in competition with them, that have a higher availability of products that may cause a threat to the business. Maybe the area is growing popularity and rent increases which affects the overall revenue. For example, Richer Sounds don’t have to worry about this as the living cost in Liverpool is cheaper than Croydon - London. They won’t lose customers because the 3rd party description isn’t affected by the whole of the UK. Nobody knows an area better than someone who has done business there for a while. Get in contact with someone in your related field and ask them about the economy. As long as the company you choose to talk to will not be direct competition.

Stakeholders can be missed because that early in the project all the lines of business within the organization that are affected may not be known.
