Process Flow for the submission of Online Application Form for Admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch Session – 2014-15

Step 1 : Generation of e-Challan for Fee submission for Admission to M.Tech / M.Pharm / M.Arch

Open the website of UPTU (www.uptu.ac.in) Click on the link “Application for M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch. Session – 2014-15” On the page that opens, click on the link “Online generation of eChallan for the submission of Fees for Admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch. Session – 2014-15” Enter your Basic details as mentioned in the Form and click Submit. After successful submission of the form you will be able to download your e-Challan for submission of Fee at any branch of Vijaya Bank.

Step 2 : Submission of Fee at the Vijaya Bank

Take the printout of the e-challan and deposit the Fees (by Cash ONLY) at ANY branch of Vijaya Bank after 48 hours of generating the e-challan online. The applicant SHOULD NOT submit the Fee directly by NEFT / RTGS / Internet Banking / Credit Card / Demand Draft mode else the Fees will not be considered. The Fees has to be submitted by e-Challan mode at the Vijay Bank Counter only. After submission of the fees at the Vijaya Bank, you will get the Transaction No., Branch Name and Date of Transaction with Signature and Stamp on the e-challan from the Vijaya Bank. Vijaya Bank will keep the Bank Copy of the e-challan and return the Applicant Copy to you. You have to keep the Applicant Copy safely for future reference.

Step 3 : Online submission of Form for Admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch.

After 48 hours of submission of Fees at Vijaya Bank open the website of UPTU (www.uptu.ac.in) Click on the link “Application for M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch. Session – 2014-15” On the page that opens, click on the link “Online submission of Form for Admission to M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch. Session – 2014-15” On the Login Form enter the : · · Challan No. : as printed on the e-challan generated by you in Step 1. Transaction ID : received from the Vijaya Bank (mentioned by Bank on the e-challan) after submission of Fees.

After you Login select your desired Specialization and click Proceed. You can select multiple Specializations and set the priority also. When you click Proceed a Form will open where you will have to submit your complete details and upload the required documents as required in the Form. Before submitting the Form, kindly check all the details as you will not be able to edit any information once you click on Submit button. Once you click on Submit button, a message of successful submission will be displayed and you will be able download the submitted Application Form. You will have to send the downloaded Application Form along with the photocopy of the e-challan (applicant copy) and all the documents uploaded by you in the Online Application Form, in an enveloped sealed and superscribed as “Application for M.Tech. / M.Pharm. / M.Arch.
