In order to have an effective group of leaders, there must be diversity among them. Using my unique life experiences, I could bring new perspectives and ideas to the Air Force Academy to help solve world problems.
A major threat facing the world today is terrorism. In order to cease this threat, there must be effective leaders who are willing to find new ways to solve problems and risk their lives. Most people have never come close to losing their lives, however, I have seen my life flash before my eyes. I was involved in a serious car accident where I almost lost my own life.
