1. Allen Hall’s action against the victim Meacham is a criminal act that resulted in a physical interaction. Therefore, the criminal intent is purposeful due to the result of the defendant’s actions leading into a crime.The concurrences in a criminal act and criminal intent, is having the outcome turn into a fatal conclusion.

2. Allen was driving nonstop when he was starting to feel worn out and drowsy from the long road ahead of him. Eventually Hall continued on driving when he remembered for that split second he met some people that gave him a pill.
