Our product is a high-quality, organic dessert. The desserts cater to both special events and to the special dietary needs of our customers. Our goal is to create high standards for our tasty treats and to provide excellent customer satisfaction across the Baltimore area by opening our shop during convenient hours and to offer shipping through our website. Natalie’s Bakery provides an assortment of specialty food items. These specialty food items are all gluten and allergen free. We really want to provide special tasty treats that everyone is able to enjoy whether they have health restrictions or are just into the latest trend. Social media is great to use for public relations because you can reach many people at once. The best platforms of social media that we will use will be Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. In today’s world, everyone is online and interacting with social media, so we will take advantage of that by interacting with people to get them into our store to try our tasty treats. Using Facebook, we will have a page where we will invite people to like and follow our posts. Our posts will consist of events going on at the bakery, pictures of our fun decorated desserts, and to advertise for events that are going around in Canton. We will use Twitter to tweet about our new creations and fun events going around the neighborhood. On Instagram we will post pictures of our desserts and of our employees working in our fun environment. All of these social media tactics will be to get people to interact with us through social media in order to get them to come to our store and/or website. We have created a website which is to help promote our business to people who are unable to visit our store in person and to those who want to know more about us. Our website has our contact information, pictures of all the items on our menu, and about us page. Customers can order items from our bakery online and we will have it shipped to them through Fed Ex. This will allow us to expand our business to people outside of the Canton area. Our hope is that through social media, we can attract customers to the website to get them interested in purchasing our desserts. Many of the towns in Baltimore hold festivals throughout the year. We would like to take advantage of that by promoting our business in those festivals. Many local business also participate in the festivals, so it is a good chance for us to stand out from the rest of the local cupcakes businesses around the area. We will set up a booth in the festivals and hand out free samples of our cupcakes to people who pass by our booth. We will also have cupcakes, cookies, and brownies on site for people to purchase at the festivals. The world ground to a near standstill as he remarked her wide, dark eyes and elegantly curled brown hair. At first he didn’t recognize her. She was breathtakingly beautiful, her movements sure and graceful. Yet there was something about her face and figure that reminded him of the girl he’d fallen in love with long ago. They’d gone their separate ways, and he had always mourned her, his angel, his muse, his beloved Beatrice. Without her, his life had been lonely and small. Now his blessedness appeared.
