The film Drink Spiking: Awareness and Avoidance by Films Media Group is an insightful video about drink spiking. The video goes into detail explaining what drink spiking is, the consequences for the victim, drug effects in spiking, how to become aware and prevent it, and consequences for the perpetrator. I will discuss my reaction to a few of these topics discussed.
First, drink spiking is when a drug or sometimes alcohol is added to a drink without a person’s knowledge or consent. With the definition we can already being to see why this is bad for the victim.
