DESIGN THINKING SYSTEM TEMA: MASALAH PARKIR DI PRASETIYA MULYA

ANALYTICAL & CREATIVE THINKING BUSINESS 2i PRASETIYA MULYA 2016

Dalam tugas ini saya akan membahas masalah dan beberapa solusi mengenai masalah parkir yang

ada di PraseRya Mulya. Pertama-­‐tama, saya akan membahas masalah yang paling sering dialami oleh prasmulyan, yang pertama, parkiran PraseRya Mulya sangatlah gersang dan Rdak teduh, terutama lahan parkir baru yang sama sekali Rdak ada pohon ataupun atap penutup dan letaknya sangat jauh dari gedung PraseRya Mulya. Selain itu juga, lahan parkir di PraseRya Mulya banyak terdapat tanah-­‐tanah merah yang membuat kotor ban mobil juga mobil dari prasmulyan, dimana lahan parkir sangat gersang sehingga keRka ada angin, tanah-­‐tanah merah itu sangat mengotori mobil prasmulyan. Masalah lahan parkir yang gersang dan jauh dari gedung PraseRya Mulya sangatlah berdampak bagi prasmulyan, banyak prasmulyan yang mengeluh karena masalah itu sehingga keRka jam masuk kuliahnya sudah mepet maka kebanyakan dari mahasiswa malah ngebut dan berebutan mencari parkiran terdekat dengan gedung sehingga Rdak jarang ada kecelakaan kecil seperR mobil mahasiswa satu menyerempet mobil yang sedang parkir karena mahasiswa tersebtu sedang tergesa-­‐gesa dan sedangkan karyawan yang bertugas di lahan parkir sedang mengatasi atau mengawal mobil lainnya. Jadi dapat dilihat juga bahwa karyawan di lahan parkir juga masih kurang karena jumlah kendaraan beroda empat nya juga sangat banyak dan Rdak semua mahasiswa dapat sangat haR-­‐haR dalam masalah parkir sehingga masih perlu dikawal atau dikontrol oleh karyawan atau pekerja yang bertugas di lahan parkir tersebut.

Saya juga melihat masalah biaya parkir untuk kendaraan beroda empat yang agak mahal, dimana

untuk batas waktu maksimalnya dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp12.000,-­‐ sedangkan mahasiswa PraseRya Mulya kebanyakan bukan orang yang Rnggal di daerah Tangerang, melainkan kebanyakan dari mereka adalah anak kos dan juga kebanyakan dari mereka dengan beberapa alasan tersendiri untuk ke kampus harus menempuh perjalanan yang cukup jauh pulang dan pergi dari rumah nya ke kampus dengann melewaR jalan tol yang juga dikenakan biaya. Sehingga, banyak mahasiswa yang apabila berada di kampus lewat dari 6jam parkir, merasa cukup banyak mengeluarkan uang parkir sebesar 12 ribu, jadi dapat dilihat bahwa masalah tersebut dapat cukup merugikan mahasiswa bagi yang merupakan anak kos dan Rnggal jauh atau diluar kota Tangerang. Dilihat dari harga parkir tersebut juga berpengaruh dengan masalah lahan parkir yang gersang dan sangat Rdak teduh, sehingga banyak mahasiswa yang Rdak puas atau merasa Rdak suka dengan mengeluarkan uang sebanyak itu tetapi mendapat lahan parkir yang panas dan juga kotor.

Masalah keamanan juga harus diutamakan, tetapi saya masih melihat bahwa masih ada saja

mahasiswa yang memarkirkan mobilnya di bahu jalan depan kampus (Rdak di dalam area lahan parkir kampus), sehingga keamanan sendiri akan berkurang dengan Rdak adanya pengawasan parkir di area luar lahan parkir kampus dan juga sangat mengganggu kebersihan serta kenyamanan jalan di area depan kampus. Mengapa? Karena itu dapat membuat kerugian sendiri bagi mahasiswa keRka mahasiswa memarkirkannya di bahu jalan dan Rdak ada satpam ataupun karyawan lahan parkir yang mengawasi mobil mahasiswa sebabnya mahasiswa sudah parkir Rdak di dalam area lahan parkir kampus sehingga jauh dari pengawasan tersebut. Dengan adanya mahasiswa yang parkir dibahu jalan, tentu juga sangat mengganggu

Dari struktur masalah dan solusi tersebut saya memberi beberapa solusi dimana banyak mahasiswa

yang mengeluhkan masalah-­‐masalah yang saya sebut di atas dan solusi ini mungkin dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan adanya valet pihak kampus harus menyediakan jumlah karyawan yang lebih dan dari sana mahasiswa dapat diuntungkan juga pihak kampus dengan misal ada kecelakaan kecil yang di alami mahasiswa, maka itu juga akan berkurang karena mobil akan diparkirkan oleh karyawan dengan baik tanpa tergesa-­‐gesa sehingga terjadi kecelakaan tersebut. Solusi yang lain yaitu dengan mengadakan parkir berlangganan Rap bulan atau per minggu nya karena itu juga akan sangat menguntungkan bagi mahasiswa dengan biaya yang cukup lebih murah dibanding parkir Rdak berlangganan. Selain itu, kampus juga membuat ketentuan untuk syarat-­‐syarat berlangganan tersebut. Apabila hari libur kebijakan yang ada bagaimana, dll.

Untuk masalah kurang teduhnya lahan pakir juga dapat diatasi dengan valet dan pemberian atap

dari lahan parkir hanya untuk tempat jalan mahasiswa dari lahan parkir baru ke gedung, dengan kata lain menyediakan seperR trotoar di tepi lahan parkir yang ditutupi dengan atap sehingga keRka hujan pun mahasiswa masih bisa ke area parkir tanpa harus menunggu lama di kampus juga. Dan untuk masalah mahasiswa yang memarkirkan mobilnya di bahu jalan, pihak kampus sebaiknya melarang apabila ada mobil yang akan parkir dan mengawasi selalu agar jangan sampai ada yang parkir, atau juga dengan menutup bahu jalan tersbut dengan pemberian semen atau sesuatu yang menutupi tapi Rdak sepenuhnya menutupi melainkan agar mahasiswa Rdak memaksakan untuk parkir di bahu jalan lagi,

kelancaran jalan di pagi hari, selain mempersempit jalan sehingga mobil yang akan masuk ke kampus itu banyak, tak jarang menimbulkan kemacetan kecil di area depan kampus karena mobil lain yang akan masuk ke kampus terhalangi oleh mobil yang akan parkir di bahu jalan sehingga itu juga dapat mengganggu dan membuat Rdak nyaman mahasiswa yang ingin cepat sampat di kampus. Sehingga apabila terjadi kecelakaan kecil atau secara Rdak sengaja ada mobil lain yang sedang jalan menabrak salah satu mobil yang sedang parkir di bahu jalan, pihak kampus Rdak bisa berbuat banyak, karena itu sudah di luar area lahan parkir kampus dimana sudah bukan tanggung jawab dari kampus, tetapi apabila terjadi kecelakaan, kampus sendiri juga masih akan terlinat dimana apabila ada keributan maka nama pihak kampus juga akan dipermasalahkan.

Dengan beberapa masalah yang menurut saya paling utama tentang masalah parkir di PraseRya

Mulya, saya akan memberikan beberapa solusi untuk masalah itu dengan struktur sitemik sebagai berikut:
