Through this quote, Kushner would state that people have not to belong to a certain religion, in order to be accepted by the society. On the contrary, sometimes, religions have rejected groups in the society because their behavior is not according to what religion beliefs. Angels in America shows a protest of acceptance from the homosexual community. This play reflects a claim of the gays’ rights. Everyone is equal to God Eyes.
