Annette Funicello Research Paper

Annette Funicello to me as a child was someone to be admired. Growing up in the early 70s in America, a time when young girls in some form or fashion were taught to be more than women, but to be ladies. Annette Funicello to many American girls was a perfect example to learn from. Even as we watched her grow up in the eye of the public, she never seemed to deviate from always holding and presenting herself as a lady. I remember watching a TV special with Annette Funicello and some of the gang from the original Mickey Mouse Club sometime in the 1980s. I remember one scene with her and I believe Frankie Avalon, coming down the stairs together on a beach, I notice as they were coming down the stairs and singing, Annette looked a little unstable.
