They include, but are not limited to, influencing birth, life, love, death and fate. She uses her beauty to her advantage and with it can leave her lover defenseless to her charm. Unfortunately, possessing these powers had their disadvantages. Aphrodite had a great sense of confidence, and with that she was very vain, bad tempered, and jealous.
