During the first month data collection about the perception of chronometers, the mechanical watch industry and response to advertising. Staying between the budgets allotted was not the issue, but taking the correct advice which to evaluate. The final recommendations for Aquine mechanical watches are as follows: upgrade the timing machine, upgrade the poising machine, and to buy customized movement holders. Those are the best options for the company after finding the reasons the watches were not passing the SOCC certification. By buying customized movement holders and upgrading poising machine the problem fixes the horizontal and vertical positions, a big factor in the watches not passing the SOCC tests. The timing machine helps the watch makers control the accuracy of the watches while assembling upgrading this machine also makes sense. The watchmakers will help in the quality control of the watches because hiring a whole department of people to perform quality control will not at this time be sufficient because of funding.

Watches were failing three tests: horizontal and vertical difference, maximum variation in rates, and mean variation in rates. Applying upgrades to the poising machine and timing machines will decrease the chances of Aquine watches failing the horizontal and vertical difference tests as stated earlier.
