Fredrick Herzberg 10/14/2013 I strongly agree with the model, because he stated a strong point about how we can relate people’s hygiene and their environment to their work and motivator satisfaction and also the satisfaction of lower-order needs at work for some people. This model may apply in many ways for example in a working place, if a person that is every cautious about his hygiene and cleanliness is employed in a place where they have little or no hygiene tolerance this person would not be a able to function properly because of his environment and would most likely not perform as supposed in his work because they would be more focused on trying to clean and make the environment soothe them most of the time instead of carrying out their activities. Another example that this model may apply to competition in offices when workers are not satisfied with their current level at the job or their current salary they tend to have grudges against each other and this would definitely cause disarray in the office place amongst the workers, this situation occurs very often at many work places. My model would state that life changes according to the way you want it to this means that the way you act or behave towards different situations would determine how your life could change easily in certain circumstances people act differently so this can change the way people would see you because of a certain behavior or attitude. An example in which my model can be as follows, usually people think the quiet people are the weak ones and the harmless ones but it’s usually the other way around because when they get really angry their acts would be out of shock you would not believe it in anyway. Once a quiet person like I stated in the example should react there’s a change in the persons behavior just because of the way he was disturbed or annoyed. Another example for this model I proposed for life changes as you want it to, people do not have patience in life that’s why people do all these mysterious acts so as to be either successful or popular, if patience is observed the changes in life would be gradual but people are always in a rush that’s why they end up in jails and correction programs but when they come out from my research 60% of them change for the good and the realize what they have done and try to educate the people. My model of motivation is to tell people that patience is key and if patience is observed people would live happy and there would not be much crime, life is very vulnerable any little mistake can destroy life but that’s why changes can occur in life. This life is a test from above and only few can pass this test but that’s why people try their best to make sure everyone is on the right track to make sure they get proper life and also go to heaven, I am not a Christian but this is my belief.
