For situation 1 I would recommend we link the PFC’s wife up with the SJA office. If there was a rental agreement signed when they moved in then there may be no grounds for the land lord to raise the rent. If he can raise the rent and they can’t afford to pay the rent we should assist her in contacting housing to perhaps find another place for them to live if not move on post. If they do need to move we will provide as much support as we can to get her and her soon to be born baby moved prior to the baby’s arrival. Also I would recommend we suggest to her to consult with her primary care physician and or OB regarding traveling so late in her pregnancy.
For situation 2 we are going to need to do a bit more work. We need to talk the senior NCO’s wife and find out he or they have done a dependency application for his mother. If they haven’t we need to get them in touch with the AG for a dependency application and or visa/ naturalization paperwork if is necessary as well. Also we need to find out if his mother is being treated for her TB. If not we need to immediately contact the local MTF for medical advice on how to handle her current medical condition. If she is on a treatment regiment and does have a dependant ID card we need to assure that she is going to have an appointment scheduled to evaluate her current treatment measures. This way we can help the family elevate some worry that his mother is being taken care of properly for her TB.
Finally for situation 3 we need to contact the young SGT and ask him about the situation that is going on. But first, we need to contact the SJA and PMO and make them aware of the possible situation that has arisen and get their advice on how to handle it.
