La estimulación temprana en los bebés es importante ya que aprovecha la capacidad y plasticidad del cerebro en su beneficio para el desarrollo óptimo de las distintas áreas, lo cual se logra proporcionando una serie de estímulos repetitivos (mediante actividades lúdicas), de manera que se potencien aquellas funciones cerebrales que a la larga resultan de mayor interés. 5. ¿Cuáles son los beneficios?
Se logran potencializar diferentes áreas de desarrollo del niño: Lenguaje, Cognitiva, Motriz y Social.

Lo primero que necesita un bebe es encontrarse en buenas condiciones físicas y emocionales, sentirse bien. b) ¿Por qué se dice que la infancia es la etapa crítica del desarrollo?
El primer año de vida es decisivo para el desarrollo futuro del ser humano, y la primera infancia es la etapa crítica de este desarrollo, por eso es crucial aprovecharla bien.
Las estimulaciones provocadas durante el primer año de vida son las que tienen más impacto en el desarrollo del cerebro del niño. c) Define cuál es la importancia del éxito en el desarrollo del infante
El bebe necesita tener éxito en sus actividades para sentirse animado y continuar con ellas, lo que quiere decir que ha de ver recompensadas sus hazañas. d) ¿Qué papel representa la experimentación en el crecimiento del infante?
El niño lo aprende todo por medio de la experimentación personal y es así como llega a conocer el mundo que lo rodea. El bebe siente una gran curiosidad que le lleva a investigar incansablemente y hay que cultivar esta faceta con mucha atención. e) ¿Cuál es la idea principal que nos expresa el autor en el apartado de “grandes progresos”?
Aunque a los adultos nos parecen avances insignificantes, los pequeños progresos que va realizando un bebe tienen una importancia trascendental en su vida; además, cada logro que va consiguiendo se convierte en un peldaño que se asciende y que da paso a nuevas adquisiciones.

f) ¿A qué se refiere la frase “Estimular no es amaestrar”?
Cada niño necesita un enfoque diferente porque hay que criarlo respetando los rasgos individuales de su personalidad. Educar es aceptar al niño tal como es, buscar en él lo que hay de bueno y hermoso, lo que le será útil en el futuro, lo que le conviene destacar y acentuar. g) Las posibilidades de desarrollo de potencialidades a partir de los 7 años son muy escasas, a los 18 meses son mayores y en el menor de 6 meses ilimitadas. h) Se da al niño la oportunidad de tener éxito en sus actividades, se fomenta su deseo de aprender. 7. Se llama Sesión de Estimulación Temprana a una secuencia de ejercicios o actividades previamente elaboradas para estimular todas las áreas de desarrollo de la niña o niño 9. Consideraciones antes y después de una sesión de estimulación temprana. 10. Concepto de facilitador en E.T: Persona que crea las condiciones ambientales necesarias para que el niño busque, genere y viva experiencias significativas de aprendizaje. 11. Mencionar las cualidades básicas de un facilitador:
-Lograr un adecuado nivel de empatía
-Saber observar
-Saber proponer ámbitos de experiencias
-Conocer los principios básicos del desarrollo evolutivo del niño

12. Define las 4 áreas del desarrollo:
-Motriz: Las actividades en esta área tienen el propósito de contribuir al establecimiento del tono muscular adecuado y reacciones equilibratorias que le permitirá a la niña o niño conseguir el control sobre su cuerpo, ubicarse en el espacio y el tiempo y relacionarse con el medio que lo rodea al moverse libremente (gatear, ponerse de pie, caminar y correr).
-Cognitiva: A partir de las experiencias con los objetos y el entorno, creando mentalmente relaciones y comparaciones entre ellos, así como estableciendo semejanzas y diferencias de sus características.
El desarrollo de la agudeza de los sentidos y la coordinación entre ellos (viso manual, viso auditiva), permitirán al niño acceder a una gran gama de experiencias ricas para el desarrollo cerebral.
-Lenguaje: Las primeras manifestaciones son el pre-lenguaje (chupeteos, balbuceos, sonidos guturales, emisiones vocálicas, risas, gritos), hasta la comprensión del lenguaje oral y escrito.
La adquisición del lenguaje (oral, corporal, escrito) es un factor esencial en el aprendizaje.
-Social: Para el adecuado desarrollo de esta área es primordial la participación de los padres o cuidadores como primeros generadores de vínculos afectivos.
Es importante brindarles seguridad, cuidado, atención y amor, además de servir de referencia o ejemplo pues aprenderán cómo comportarse frente a otros. Los valores de la familia, el afecto y las reglas de la sociedad le permitirán a la niña o niño, poco a poco, dominar su propia conducta, expresar sus sentimientos y ser una persona independiente y autónoma. 13. Que es estimulación prenatal: Conjunto de actividades que realizadas durante la gestación enriquecen al niño por nacer en su desarrollo mental, emocional y social.
