THIS AGREEMENT made as of the _____day of _________________, 20___, between the Bowling Green American Marketing Association, an organization incorporated under the Bowling Green State University College of Business, and _______________________(name), in the City of Bowling Green, OH.
Whereas the Organization desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the officer, and the officer desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth.
1. National Collegiate Membership
Officer is required to be registered with the National American Marketing Association, prior to application.

e. Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned to Officer.
5. Officer Staff Meetings
As a distinguished Officer of this elite organization, I ____________ (first name), agree to attend all Officer meetings, being held on Monday evenings at 8:30pm. Additional meetings may be required to assume and address all required duties outside of these required meetings, and the Officer is required to host at least one weekly meeting in addition to Officer meetings.
6. Officer Responsibilities
At the beginning of each semester, Officers will be provided with a detailed schedule of required deadlines and materials. I _____________ (first name), agree to follow and respect the provided schedule and Organization materials, and perform these tasks to the best of my ability. The Operations Department is required to submit any changes to the schedule 2 weeks prior to the suggested completion date stated on the schedule.
7. Probation Period
It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of appointment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Organization may, in its absolute discretion, withdrawal the Officer, for any reason without notice or cause.
