I chose to learn to do a backflip because I wanted to push my limits and see if I could do it. The other reason I learned to do a backflip on the ground is to prove to my friends that I could do it. Most of my friend know how to do one.

I like flipping on the trampoline. I started 6 years when I was 7. I would practice trying to learn my front flips. I would try to do them and I would land on my head sometimes. One time one of my vertebrae popped out to the side a little bit and was noticeable. My mom’s a nurse, so she popped my back and it went back in. She told me that I shouldn’t do it anymore, but I kept doing it to better myself. The experts say to put pads down until you are 100° sure that you can land on your feet and to just
