As we go about life we've been faced with the need to stand out and do better, from our appearance to our behaviors, but one thing it takes is for us to fully understand the skills to being knowledgeable to be successful in a workplace. I've done some quick research on what skills people feel are needed to be successful in the workplace in I ran into a fair list of identity fulfilling characteristics to have( site cited below). The list given was communication, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and enterprise, planning and organizing, self-management, learning and technology; I agree to this listing and here is why.

planning and organizing is a great skill to have which runs well with initiative and enterprise because doing so highlights the ability to be outspoken , creative and the sense of maturity when it comes to complete a task(s). While in your career you're faced with a challenge that may have you frustrated or over worked keeping yourself a plan for action and in order gives you an advantage on keeping control of the situation which for me shows that you're taking things serious. Those skills gives you room for improvement as long as you have the strength to self- manage your self to help keep you sharp with the functionality of the work environment.
