When visiting a local apartment complex Belevedere Westchase is the first thing I was noticing is the attention to detail walking into the building. Firstly, is noticing the bright and inviting colors, also the modern design is a nice way to leave a lasting impression on the consumer who is looking for a place to live. Afterwards, went on tour with the leasing agent during this time she is providing me basic information of the income I will earn a month, providing a general information of local stores, and how payment will be made to the apartment complex. In the critique of Belevedere Westchase Apartment will primarily focus on addressing on planning how the manger address issues on the complex and leading the importance of setting standards by leading by example. An apparent issue when communicating with the property manager was lack of planning and organization from the previous staff. Would advocate for the creation of an educational programs like a modern university in the aspect of what McDonalds has does for training their own employees and creating of partnership with an organization like Lynda.com that provides educational online course that will continuously train the employees in the organization. For example, these are few courses they offer learning to use OneNote within a small group, educating/developing future property managers how handle numerous issues that will appear in the organization, and even providing various levels of course on how to properly use Excel.
