Amazon.com: An E-Commerce Retailer

I. Introduction

Amazon.com was one of the very first companies to ever do business online that offered a variety of products for customers to purchase. The one problem that Amazon.com is facing is the competition from other sources such as Yahoo Auction, eBay, Ubid, and other online companies. That was just one of the main problems that they were facing. On the other hand, another problem is whether to expand the company into various online auctions or develop another strategy which is call business to business for the exchange of different suppliers, distributors, manufacturers and retailers to use on Amazon.com. The solution that is recommended is that they need to keep business the way it is because it has worked for Amazon.com prior to all of the competitive threats and other factors that they have faced. Even though they have seen some decreases in profit and competitive threats Amazon.com needs to keep business the way they started. Having free shipping on orders over twenty five dollars or more.

Amazon.com is one of the leading online retail stores in the nation. It first started off with different products such as books, music, videos and DVD’s, electronics, home and garden, apparel, and toys. Amazon.com started off and began in Seattle, Washington. Amazon.com started off only selling books and further ventured into other products. Many people at first didn’t understand the concept of online buying even online shopping. Later on many more people were aware of online shopping and amazon.com began to gain popularity among different customers locally and internationally. It became a huge success. Nordvest Dansk Hf

...Indholdsfortegnelse Indledning. Redegørelse omkring filmen med fokus på bandemiljøet. Analysere filmens teknikske virkemidler. Diskussions spørgsmål – hvad er bandeexit. Konklusion. Indledning.
