In pairs prepare a 20 minute in-class presentation based
“Comparing labor laws of the UAE and another country”
In pairs the student are to carry out in-depth study of labor laws of their chosen country and compare the country’s labor laws to UAE’s labor law in areas such as: * Employment Contracts * Wages * Working Hours * Union * Leave Entitlements * Employee records * Safety Regulations * Disciplinary Code * Accidents at work * Termination of Contracts * Repatriation and Payments of Gratuity * Dispute settlement etc.

PRESENT ON ATLEAST FIVE AREAS
