1.Good (morning/ afternoon) everyone,! Today, we-(tên 5 đứa) are going to present major difficulties that students usually have in studying and our suggestion on how to overcome those challenges. After some time of discussing, as a group, we find that there are usually 3 types of problems while studying. They are distraction due to lack of self-motivation, time management and learning approach. My friends are now going to present them in details.

2.First of all, distraction is probably the biggest problem that students have. It can’t be denied that it’s the century of technology nowadays and young people like us are usually attracted to thousands kinds of entertainment. As boys pay much attention in soccer, basketball and some sorts of sports and games, girls have much interest in fashion, clothing and even Korean handsome male singers and actors : D. They definitely distract us and make our studying process less effective. Therefore, what we suggest is that people need to establish a specific goal for themselves since distraction is most likely the consequence of lacking self-motivation. Many researchers have shown that students with specific goals for the future get better results than student who don’t.

3.Secondly, time management also draws much of our attention. It’s obvious that college life is totally different from high school. The work load is much heavier than before. Moreover, many students also start to have a part time job in order afford for their education. Many people find it quite challenging to find time to do all the things they want and balance between school and their social life. Hence, time management is a key that leads to our success. First, you need to know where you are wasting time, whether it is face booking, Champion premier League(?), dating or working part time. Then you create time management goals and implement a time management plan that specifically works for you.

4.Last but not least, Learning approach is of great importance. After overcoming the above challenges, students are often confused about where to start and methods that help them to study effectively. From our perspective, we suggest everyone to summarizing and outlining what have been studied at school. It gives you an overall idea of the topic and helps greatly in revising the knowledge in a logical way. Also, planning ahead for exams is highly recommended. That way you can avoid to be in a rush when the final exams come and do not know where to start with. Moreover, studying in a group can help you find your strength and weakness so that you can make more improvement. Finally, you need to effectively evaluate your progress, such as after every test, exam or semester. By doing that, you can evaluate whether or not the method you have used were effective and what changes can be made to improve future performance

5. In conclusion, distraction due to lack of self-motivation, time management and learning approach are the 3 main problems that students have while studying. With our suggestion above, we hope everyone has some idea about ways to get better results in studying and success in future career. That has been our presentation. Thank you for listening!
