. Britney, human skill is important for a manager because being able to connect and communicate with people is important (Kinicki, & Williams, 2012). Many jobs fail because employers do not communicate with employees. However, employees tend to go above and beyond when they know that their employer can be trusted. Talking to employees and getting their input about the job or areas they see need improvement will help to motivate them and uplift them to where they will strive to make the company a great name. Furthermore, without employees, the company could not successfully operate so making sure they are happy will help to keep the doors open. Managers should be able to accept new ideas.

The company that Brittney is employed by has gone a step further, we have been provided with badges to get into the main door once we are in there is a receptionist desk. The receptionist is very familiar with the employees and she never hesitates to ask someone to sign in and show proper id. Everything is under video surveillance even the parking lots. We performed an in-depth review of how effectively or ineffectively Coca-Cola has used each of the six strategies. The paper focused on Coca-Cola's operations in the United States, China, Belarus, Peru, and Morocco. The author used electronic journals from the various countries to determine how effective Coca-Cola was in these countries. The paper revealed that Coca-Cola was very successful in implementing strategies regardless of the country.
