Problem Statement
Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) is an establishment that became into existence in 1998 by Kathy Kudler. The vision of establishing a clever one stop shop gourmet business that would sell the finest of wine, cheeses, and meats. Kathy did not have control of the business in the beginning phases as a result micro-managing the business singly. Kathy is the leader and manager of the business to the extent that she does not have a dignified relationship with staff or customers. Kathy should consider stakeholders to handle the human resources department; the financial records, management of supplies, and a person to market and advertise the business.

Issue and Opportunity Identification
The four management functions consist of planning, strategizing, organizing, leading and controlling. Planning and strategizing work is one in the same and can help differentiate areas of KFF within the organization to identify and set goals for the future and to hone in on the organization’s strengths and weaknesses in mind. Organizing involves specifying how KFF’s human, financial, and marketing resources are arranged and coordinated to perform tasks to reach the desired mission and vision. Leading is energizing and motivating team members to work productively and contribute their best. Therefore, Kathy should consider delegating, teaching and training staff in a multi-functional role of KFF. Controlling consists of measuring the performance of each employee and by obtaining feedback or honing in on the potential problems and taking action to correct the problems (Nickels, McHugh and McHugh, 2008).
End-State Vision
To expand the business both financially and successfully for 10-15 years, Kathy should focus on the strategic planning outlined. Encouraging Kathy along with her selected managers and stakeholders, can be a difficult and tedious task, however, all parties
