Total Quality Management Total Quality management is currently been used in many companies and is focus in the customer and employees to keep the company improvement. This tool will use strategy, effectiveness in communication and data and this will integrate everything into the quality discipline into the culture and activities of the organization. The following are tools use in Total Quality Management: 1. Customer Focused: This tool will determinate by the level of quality we bring to the customer. This type of tool is used to improve the quality by training the employees, improve the computers and upgrade the software and this will help measuring the tools. The reason is wait for the customer determination and this will improve the quality with the customer. 2. Continual Improvement: This is a major thrust in the Total Quality Management that will go keep improvement. This will continue improving the company and drives the company to analyze and create new forms or products to become more competitive and effective to the customer. 3. Total Employee Involment: This tool will going to work toward the common goals by getting involving all the employee. The employee has to be commitment and can be obtain by bringing all the workforces together and by empowered the employees, but all this come when the management has provide the proper environment. After all this archive the there would be high performance working system and with this improvements the business operation. 4. Communication: This tool is an important and key of the quality when there is changes in the company this help to improve the quality. This will help to improve the timelines, the management quality, the motivation and increase the morale of the employees 5. Process-centered: This process of thinking is a fundamental part of the Total Quality Management. The following steps take inputs from different places internal and external to the company. Starting by the supplies after this the transformation of the delivery of the supplies and outgoing products of the company. After all this is accomplish you can check the performance and continues to monitor the improvement of the logistic. 6. Integrate System: In a company consist of different functions specialties and offer the company keep the information fluctuated between the information the departments and this will help the company. * The integration of the business systems has been a model after the Baldrige National Quality Program and ISO 9000 standards. All the organization is multicultural, different type of backgrounds and different area of specialty. When all this deference all come together this can help the company to achieve excellence in there services, products, and services with bringing good quality culture. This integration will help to company exceed in any type of culture and environment. This will exceed the spectation of the costumers, employees and stakeholders. 7. Strategic and Systematic Approach: This is going to be a important part of the management in there quality. With bring the strategic and the systematic together and this helps the company to archive the vision, goal and mission. By using his tool this will help the manager to use strategic planning and formulate a plan that will integrate quality to the core.
