Candidate Benoit briefed all the paragraphs of his five paragraph order. However, his wording was wrong and he mislabeled some sub-paragraphs such as "coordinating tasks." When his initial plan was clearly not working, SNC was slow in making an adjustment to his plan, making his first adjustment at just under the 6 minute mark. Throughout the execution, SNC did not move his fire team with a sense of urgency. They were slow to execute and did not operate in a timely manner.
