How We Got Started Mark had, for several years, been consulting with our Coroner’s Division as a forensic anthropologist. These cases were kept in three-ring binders on a shelf in the Sergeant’s office. A second question will address the rulemaking process and the principles underlying it. You should "walk into" the exam (in a virtual sense) with a clear sense of a fully articulated rulemaking process, so that you can pick and choose elements as appropriate in the case you will be presented.
