The reporter stated on 12/09/15, Dana Blunt received a call from law enforcement stating a family was living in a car and did not have a place to go. The reporter stated it’s unknown how long the family had been living in the car, but Mrs. Jarvis stated that her mother refused to allow her to move back in the home with her. Ms. Ferguson told the reporter, Mrs. Jarvis uses meth and that she refused to allow her back into the home because she’s tired of her coming and going.
