To whom it may concern, Skylar Johnson has been an employee at my family’s restaurant, the Fisherman’s Catch Bar and Grill, for over Eight years now. Starting in the fall of 2008, he joined on as a dish washer while still attending high school and from the beginning, I’ve been impressed with his maturity and willingness to learn as he has consistently been a model employee throughout all the years he has worked for me.
Living in a small tourist town, my employees must be flexible and capable of adapting to many roles because of seasonal changes during the summer months., Skylar was always on top of things during his time as a dishwasher as I could count on him to manage both dishwashing stations whether alone or working alongside a partner.
