Now i either have to remember these measurements by heart or write these measures down on what ever materials are close at the time. If our measurements does not match up, the project we are working on at that time will taking longer to finish or take time to repair it. Either way we are loosing time and money on errors that we can not afford to lose. I also have to communicate with city inspectors to inspect different aspects of the project and set up times to have the city inspector come out to inspect. I have to communicate with excavators to know when the excavation starts to set up schedule for that job. Cases will have a strong assurance focus, but will integrate one or two other competency areas. Professor Blackburn's three ideas are; A Constitutional Code, A Constitutional Consolidation Act and A Written Constitution. Firstly, A Constitutional Code would be a document sanctioned by Parliament, but without statutory authority, and which would set out the essential existing elements and principles of the constitution and the workings of government. Due to the fact that the document doesn't have statutory authority therefore it is not statute, and so it is not written down and has not been approved by a legislator. A Constitutional Consolidation Act: this would be a consolidation of existing laws of a constitutional nature in statute, the common law and parliamentary practice, together with a codification of essential constitutional conventions. As the constitution would be statute this means that it is an act of Parliament and if it were to contradict with a convention or common law, the Consolidation act would dominate.
