On this day, long ago the Mexican government defeated the French armies in the Battle of Puebla in the year 1862. Over the years, this victory has become a celebration of Mexican culture. This year, Oliver joined the whole Tucker family as we dined at a local Mexican restaurant. It was pretty evident that Oliver was a big fan of the chips and salsa, because he almost ate the whole bowl!
