Abstract
Coca Cola is the leading beverage company in the world. Coca cola was started in 1902 in Greensboro, NC by J.B Harrison and J. Frank Harrison. The paper looks at all the different environments Coca-Cola Company deals with internally and externally.

Introduction Coca-Cola has been in operation for 125 years and has over 500 sparkling and still brand beverages. Headquarters is located in Charlotte, NC. It is the largest distribution system serving over two hundred countries. Employs over 139,600 associates worldwide selling 1.7 billion servings a day (Hoovers pro, 2011). Coca-Colas mission is to refresh the world, to inspire moments of optimism, to create value and make a difference. (Coca-Cola company, 2011). Coca- Cola Companies financial highlights for 2010 were unit case volume grew five percent two point five billion worldwide. Operation cash flow grew sixteen percent to nineteen point five billion. Almost seventy percent of net operating revenues and almost eighty percent of unit case volume came from outside North America (Coca-Cola company, 2011). Laws and regulations are put into place to prevent unfair competition between companies, to protect consumers from unfair business acts, and to make companies responsible for environmental costs of producing their products (Armstrong, G., 2009). Rules and regulations are set forth by the FDA, along with other state, federal, and local health agencies for companies that produce and market beverages. Beverages are in the food category (Hoovers pro, 2011). An example of a regulation that was put into place that affected beverage companies in 2006 some states restricted the sale of soft drinks in schools (Hoovers pro, 2011).
Coca-cola uses four core objectives to guide the company. 1. Growing provability. 2. Pursuing Excellence. 3. Serving Others. 4. Honoring God in all we do. Coca-Cola
