Stated by World Health Organisation (2014), 33% of deaths in Vietnam is caused by cardiovascular diseases, which is the highest. As congenital heart disease is dangerous, the neglect of health check might lead to low life expectancy and high mortal rates.
Proposed Solution
A campaign called ‘Happy Hearts, Happy Life' is created. This involves a running event to raise funds to offer free health check, medication and treatments for poor ethnic minority heart patients in Lam Dong Province. The running event will be held in Ho Chi Minh city on an annual basis.
Donation regulations:
Register and pay VND150,000VND fee to join the event and receive one T-shirt
Buy coffee from Phuc Long coffee booth at the event and in stores
Donation boxes put in stores, public places and running
