In 250 words each, tell me how to handle these cases and why (remember to use the terminology). Situation 1: In this situation Allison the vice president comes to me with a form of complaints about my employees, and things she observed at the work cite. She lets me know about how people have cheated, lied and an assumption of thieving. In this process my amygdala hijack kicked in, since the news I was hearing came as a shock. While she’s talking I am startled with everything I am hearing. My limbic system reacted too many pieces of data, taking in the key parts that took me by surprise. I’m glad that it was Allison to come to me and not the CEO, it could’ve been worst. I am planning to confront my employees about this situation, however I’m trying to find a way to address them in a proper manner. Now my next plan is to discourse my employees and be mindful, knowing all four personality types will be there. I am now surrounded by my employees. As I stand I have to remember to manage my reality by organizing my images and interpret what Allison has said in a professional routine. I want to think of myself as in introvert and help get the best solution. When speaking to my employees I would be straight up with them by asking a lot of questions instead of statements. The people who were honest with their time cards and the life insurance info I would speak to them individually, because you may never know if there’s something deeper going on than them just lying. And lastly with the calculators I would have to make nonjudgmental statements. With this situation I need to remember we have two sides to every story. Situation 2: In this situation I have a proposal manager named Jake who is going through hard times. His wife is diagnosed with cancer and he needs some time to spend with her. He calls me to inform me that he will not be coming to work anytime soon, and
