T = Mayan compare and Contrast
There are over 5 different Mayan cities. Two of the cities are Palenque and Chichen Itza. Palenque and Chichen Itza have many differences but are also similar in ways. They are both amazing. Although they are old, there is plenty of interesting facts.
The city I study was Chichen Itza. Chichen Itza is located in the Mexican Yucatan. All of its water came from wells. Nobody lives in it though people do go visit it. They have little color on their walls and have doors that are small compared to other Mayan cities.
Palenque was different in a lot of ways related to Chichen Itza. It is North of Chiapas state. They got all their water from aqueducts. They are still thriving and growing. They are known for their colorful
