I believe that two of my personal strengths are my dependability and my energetic personality. When dealing with a large group of students and parents who will be entering a new phase in their life, I believe that it is important to have an energetic personality. In this way that it will keep their spirits up and keep them involved. It also allows them to open up and be comfortable around Orientation Counselors, in a way that they trust the OCs to ask anything that is on their mind. Dependability is a strong trait to have because it would allow my fellow Orientation Counselors to know that I will hold up my end of the bargain, and helps the group function. It also allows the school staff to know that I am capable of handling the responsibilities
