I have found that there are some tasks that have put the project behind schedule and over budget. After reviewing the project closely and making the adjustments by requesting and adding additional percentage for resources to the builder, plumber, electrician, hvac, and the ferris wheel supplier it will bring the project back on track and under budget. Which if you review the revised schedule you will find that the new schedule will still allow the theme park to open on time and within budget.
