Literature Review: Before a recommendation can be made, it is important to understand the different factors that play a role in your situation. One of the first aspects we analyzed was cost behavior, which is how a specific cost reacts to change in activity levels. We also accounted for relevant costs. These costs eliminate any unnecessary data that has the potential to complicate the decision-making process for management.
Data Analysis: Craddock Cup generates total revenue of $49,840 for 32 teams from registration fees, T-shirts, concessions, soccer clinic, and contributions. It is currently incurring a total expense of $53,538. However, the total irrelevant cost of $3,400 decreases the total expense, which includes the city field rental for $1,200 Rivaldo’s salary of $6,300, and rent expense of $2,700, these costs will be incurred whether CYSL drops or keeps the Craddock cup. As a result, Craddock Cup generates an incremental profit of $6,502. Craddock Cup will generate an additional $10,132 by adding 32 more teams to the tournament. Most sources of revenues will double except for contributions for a total of $85,680. Relevant expenses such as registration with state YSL, hotels, face book, marketing and advertising, and salary remain unchanged. These costs remain unchanged due to recruiters’ interest in only High School teams, and no further plans for marketing and advertising, and no salary increase. However, relevant variable expenses double as the number of teams double for a total expense of $69,046 resulting in a total profit of $16,634.00 In efforts to increase the visibility and prestige of the tournament the total registration will increase by $55.00 per team to break-even. The additional total cost of $3,520 includes $1,000 for advertising expense, $2,400 for hotels, and $120 for the face books. Dividing the total

Tom searched around for business opportunities and franchises. He was not afraid to make the jump into being his own boss as he had confidence. Tom’s organization was offering buy-outs so he decided to take one at the age of 40 and use the money to begin a business. Tom was given a severance package of $50,000 to leave the organization. Which functions are engaged within the decision making for Ajax and what exactly happened recently between the directors? Furthermore, there will be a focus on the difference between groups and teams. Founded on March 18, 1900 AFC Ajax is one of the largest and most storied clubs in European football. For example, they won 30 times the National Championship, 18 times the Dutch cup, 7 times the Johan Cruijff shield, 4 times the Champions league and many more. While led by the world famous Johan Cruijff, AFC Ajax had one of the best seasons ever in 1972 by a professional football team winning the National Championship, the Dutch Cup, the European Champions Cup and the World Cup. Everybody will agree on the fact that being so successful is not only about having a good soccer team. Recently, the Ajax supporters, and of course the rest of the soccer world, were surprised by Johan Cruijff. The supervisory board was in conflict with Johan Cruijff, and this situation was even...

Pickup Noodle

...Title: PickCup Noodles Executive Summary Loca Group was established in 2012, and consists of 5 members who are working on a new start up project to start in 2013. The business plan Loca Group has made involves a fast food cup noodle station, adapted from a similar concept that has been widely successful in its country of origin, Japan. The station will be called PickCup Noodles, and it aims to fulfill the demand for noodles consumption within Malaysia. Brendan Rodgers’ Gerrard Conundrum

...run of games having won 8 and drawn 1 game in the Premier League. The current squad is revolved around the dovetailing of Philippe Coutinho and Raheem Sterling and with the current set up; it is difficult to see Gerrard forcing his way into the starting eleven. The big question now though, is how does Rodgers tackle this situation? Will he be doing the right thing by using Gerrard as an impact substitute? Or, does he allow sentiment to get in the way of his decision-making process to start with legendary player? The answer is – to use him as an impact substitute. As bitter a pill that is to swallow for the fans; it is the truth. For so many years the team has looked up at Gerrard to bring them out of trouble. However, that is not the case anymore. The days of Gerrard pulling Liverpool over the line are gone, as he cannot keep up with fluidity of the current team. The kind of form of this Liverpool side is in suggests that Rodgers is building a team with a new identity; an identity without that does not revolve around their talismanic captain being at the forefront of everything as they prepare for his departure to Los Angeles at the end of the season. Gerrard will rival one of Coutinho, Lallana, Allen or Henderson for a place in the starting lineup, but on current form, it is difficult to see him displacing any of the...

...of forecasting future brand spend than simply asking how satisfied customers were with their experience. As they rightfully argue, plenty of customers will leave a store completely satisfied with their experience, yet remain entirely unlikely to return based upon an abundance of variables that satisfaction models can’t account for. This results in retailers and service providers who sit befuddled in conference rooms across the country, trying to figure out why their high satisfaction scores aren’t translating into greater sales. NPS evangelists have taken their data on the road to preach the notion that customer satisfaction no longer matters and that clients should no longer bother tracking it. While it’s a compelling and disrupting case, I would argue that it’s the wrong one, as it reflects a considerable...
