Abstract
Automation and Mechanization are often confused because mechanization saves human power, automation saves human judgement. Automation is another form of human thinking which has replaced human thinking by computers and other machines. Automation has bought many changes to the world it has created many jobs for skilled workers. Mechanization is nothing but replacement of human activities with the machines. Automation plays a vital role in today’s generation it has reduced the manual labor work. Mechanization is referred to as human aid and automation is referred as human controlling. Automation and mechanization have bought drastic changes to society when they have come to existence. The existence of automation and mechanization has got up the second industrial revolution which has created a lot of sociological problems. Automation refers to the replacement of human muscle work.
Eventually, Machine created vast difference comparing to man from the times. Since the Industrial revolution started from year 1700, demand for cotton was high but manual power didn’t reach to its level making dull business in the service sector but after inventing machine in industrial sector there was rose of production. Automation is using automatic machines which are processed by software programs and mechanization is manual power used for controlling machines. Most of industries use automated machines for their better productivity and sound business. Being in a technological era, machines are serving people. Machines produce fast and accurate outputs with ease and comfort. As a result, machines will substitute human labor. "It does not have political appeal to say the reason we have a problem is we're so successful in technology (Joseph Stiglitz, 2000) a Nobel Prize-winning economist at Columbia University.

Automatic machines always create great impact on technological world creating more profits .At times material stacking and emptying is carried out physically yet at the same time its automation. Millions of middle-class jobs disappearing (Bernard Condon, 2013) In 2001, twelve lakh workers work in companies around south East Asia creating many employment offers making many families happy but after creating automated machines there is a great downfall in jobs. Furthermore, 67% of employment opportunities were down in recent years creating great demand in automatic machines than manually worked machines. After Industrial Revolution in 1733, United Kingdom was based on cottage industry empowering workers from far areas. At that time, production was low comparing to year 1850 because of inventing cotton machines like rotating machinery. "Every person is waiting for the unemployment rate to drop, but I do not know if it will much (Ricketts, 2004). Many economists, still do not agree with machines which overcome man power. In service Sector, vast difference between then and now jobs were lower down because of machines. A decent society would misuse computerization by making people work less hours for the same remuneration to make everyone more substance.
