DDear Vendors:
Please accept this letter as a notification of a slight increase in the vendor rates for the 5th Annual Haunted Pirate Fest and Mermaid Splash. The vendor fee for all vendors will now be $375, which is a $100 increase from last year’s fee. The price increase is minimal, and something we must do in order to continue to provide event patrons with the quality that they have come to expect over the years.
The Haunted Pirate Fest and Mermaid Splash has grown exponentially over the past four years and the price increase is necessary to offset the costs that we incur to provide vendors with tents, tables, chairs, and electricity. We have endeavored not to pass on the full costs as they have occurred, but rather have moderate increases
