Select an information system used in your organization or in your school. Interview a systems analyst or designer who is familiar with the system. Based upon the information provided and your readings, complete the following:

Describe the information system organization you selected.
Create a context diagram of the system – be sure you use a readable software program or scan and save your diagram digitally and upload.
Identify the business actors.
Create an actor glossary.
Identify the business requirements essential use cases.
Create a case glossary.
Your answers to the above questions should be formatted into an APA style paper. Your paper should be clear and concise, consisting of three- to five- double-spaced pages.

Carefully review the Grading Rubric for the criteria that will be used to evaluate your assignment.

In Ashford courses, there are two different ways to submit assignments for grading. Depending on the system the course utilizes, assignments will either be submitted via the classroom Assignment Basket or Waypoint .

Assignment Basket Submission The assignments in this course will be submitted to the classroom Assignment Basket. Please refer to the instructions below to submit your assignment.
Click on the Assignment Submission button above.
When the new page opens, click on the Submit Assignment link.
From the Basket drop-down menu, select the basket that corresponds with your assignment.
Enter desired comments to your instructor in the text editor, or simply leave it blank. (DO NOT copy/paste your assignment into the comment box.)
Attach your document by clicking on the Add/Remove link, then following the prompts in the pop-up window.
When your file has uploaded, it will appear as a link under Attachments.
When you are finished, click on the Submit Assignment button.
Your assignment now has been submitted for instructor review. Confirm that your assignment is visible in your Outbox Basket.
