Discussion A The debate on whether or not God exist has been ongoing for many centuries now, philosophers, scientist theologians and other like-minded people have been searching for proofs since time immemorial. I personally found the cosmological argument of God existence to be more effective in explaining gone existence. In its proof, cosmological argument captures a fundamental concept which to me is more important; the concept of everything having a cause. This in real life is very true; I mean everything that exist have its own initial origin. Taking that into consideration, cosmological argument is clearly on point in its argument that there just be that cause that was prior to all other causes, and the prior cause clearly must just be the first existence which will be no other than God.
It is in my personal opinions that philosophers should not stress themselves in seeking Gods existence proofs, however it is also important as doing that keeps people at ease and make those who are already believers to continue supporting their believes even they are posed with oppositions.
Discussion B
This one is a little bit challenging, knowing what present day computers can do. It would be a surprise to me knowing that a computer just requires the right programs and can be in a position to lie and consequently, effectively give human like feedback. Having said that, it’s indisputable that what distinguishes computers from human beings is their inability to possess emotions, feelings and even creativity.
I will thus proceed and ask the computer the following questions: why did your mother named you, who you are today? Here, in many cases there is always a story to tell about one’s name and the computer can’t be in a position to figure that out, it will only be general and very short.
Where do you want to see yourself in ten years’ time? Here it is so evident that human beings have goals and target in life where computers don’t, thus the computer answer would be based on time and also based on materials.

Research

...How To: Outlining a Research Paper Note for students: This document was prepared by Dr Amy Stuart for a class in which she requires a research paper related to air quality. I am providing it here to offer you some guidance on preparing a good outline. It is possible that some of the details will not apply to your paper – for instance, your overall organizational structure might not include a “results”section as Dr Stuart suggests for her students. The point here is to understand the overall ideas and methods suggested by Dr Stuart, not the specific sections of the paper. Outlining is an important step in organizing a paper. When done well, it clearly shows the relationships between ideas in your paper and provides a plan for writing. It also helps you to think about your topic and to reach the level of synthesis and evaluation in learning. Further, it can help you to determine whether you have researched the topic thoroughly. Finally, it can help you to determine whether the paper makes a convincing argument, before you spend time agonizing over grammar, sentence structure, word choice, and transitional sentences (etc.). Before continuing, I should mention what you should do before serious outlining. Some important activities that are generally done prior to outlining include extensive reading, taking notes on important ideas (with citations), brainstorming and listing ideas, grouping related ideas together, ordering groups from general to specific (abstract to concrete). After...

...costs are charged to the sales manager because the authority to accept or decline the rush order was given to the sales manager. This type of accounting system is known as A. Responsibility accounting. B. Functional accounting. C. Reciprocal allocation. D. Transfer price accounting. Answer (A) is correct. (CMA, adapted) REQUIRED: The system in which additional costs are charged to the manager with authority for their incurrence. DISCUSSION: In a responsibility accounting system, managerial performance should be evaluated only on the basis of those factors directly, regulated (or at least capable of being significantly influenced) by the manager. For this purpose, operations are organized into responsibility centers. Costs are classified as controllable and non-controllable, which implies that some revenues and costs can be changed through effective management, If a manager has authority to incur costs, a responsibility accounting system will charge them to the manager’s responsibility center. However, controllability is not an absolute basis for establishment of responsibility. More than one manager may be able to influence a cost, and responsibility may be assigned on the basis of knowledge about the incurrence of a cost rather than the ability to control it. Answer (B) is incorrect Functional accounting allocates costs, to functions regardless of responsibility. Answer (C) is incorrect. Reciprocal allocation is a means of allocating service department...

Negotiation

...an acquired skill. In order to acquire the skill, the negotiator must have a firm knowledge of the basic rules of government contract law and appropriate contract procedures. A successful negotiation depends on communication, price demands, and complete preparation. Negotiation without adequate preparation invites failure and is, in fact, a breach of the negotiator's obligation to oneself, the government, and to the public trust. Adequate preparation enables the negotiator to negotiate with strength to take and hold the initiative throughout the negotiation conference and to meet any challenge with confidence. It is emphasized that lack of preparation for negotiations places the government in a position of distinct disadvantage. The discussion contained in this chapter is based on the assumption that negotiation after receipt of proposals is considered necessary. That is, for any situation where adequate price completion has not been assured via competitive bids, technical requirements, or proposals taken with the view of an award based upon the lowest reasonable price. VII. Negotiation Exchange with offerors after establishment of the competitive range. Negotiation are exchanges, in either a competitive or sole source environment, between the Government and offerors, that are undertaken with the intent of allowing the offeror to revise its proposal. These negotiations may include bargaining, and bargaining includes persuasion, alteration of assumptions and positions, give-and-take...
