Introduction
PETROVIETNAM, Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group is a state-owned company. On August 29th 2006, the Prime Minister issued the Decision No. 199/QĐ-TTg accepting that PETROVIETNAM is the Holding Company-Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group (short name is Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group) with international transaction name is Petrovietnam, PVN for short. Petrovietnam - a strong economic corporation in Vietnam is known worldwide. This is the report to make the new process about recruitment new employees, staffs and how to work in team for PV Gas.

Characteristics of the person requirements and inform potential applicants of PETROVIETNAM.
The good engineers, staffs or managers are one of strategy which improves strength of company in business market. Those are some characteristics and skills of the person requirements in PV gas. * With the young, dynamic, enthusiastic staffs, sticking with the development of PETROVIETNAM: this is the important characteristic in the development and maintenance of company. Base on the enthusiastic staffs add the young and dynamic, it is the facility for company to raining the potential people. For conditions, PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS) will hold training lesson for new people. * Recruit the people have good technical skill: to ensure customer satisfaction, PV gas always pay attention to recruit engineers have profession skill in order to deliver good customer service for customers. Besides, it will take easy and save time for training new people. Moreover, this also a good strategy so that PV GAS can compete with other companies in business market.
In order to corporation can attract the enthusiastic staffs, good technical skill and maintain with company, PETROVIETNAM not only have a good environment in work and advanced equipments but also have the suitable salary for staffs. * Program in improving staff’s culture awareness and soft skills: the most staffs have contact with customers. Therefore, staff’s cultural and soft skills are also the necessary things. This program will support for staffs the skills such as: negotiation skill, advertisement skill and ect. For program, the staffs will know how to negotiate and show the professional style in job, the customers will really like that and want to close-knit with company. This is the base for staff’s cultural of PV GAS. * However, the company also needs the senior people who keep the high position such as managers. A manager of corporation must have to plan, organize and co-ordinate the teams of engineers. Thus, PV GAS should recruit a wide range of people into the organization. Firstly, they are people who qualified engineers are able come to ten years experience in their field. More and more, they should have the knowledge other fields in order to support others managers and together develop company.
Besides some characteristics which were found out from the information given the scenario, I also add some characteristics.

* Listening and solving problem skills: according to me, two skills which aren’t lack of the managers. They need to listen to the ideas or comment for employees, analyze problem, then they will explain for employees what they know and report for CEO what they think about this things are the mistakes of company in order to have timely solution. On the other hand, there sometime are conflicts among employees. Managers must quickly have the ways find out the source of problem and solve the solving problem.
Methods for selection and contribution to the selection process for PV Gas
The PETROVIETNAM also have the methods to selection process of PV Gas. This has three elements: interview on these responses are scored, then showing customer service skills, finally ability to handle delicate small components. However, we also follow seven steps of recruitment process.
Step 1: The needs in recruitment from diversity of engineering workforce are necessary. Thus, human resource department has take care to choose the CVs from regions in Vietnam and they only accept right application forms. Specially, increasing the recruitment of women engineers can attract women customers.
Step 2: Human resource department will continually the suitable application form about some conditions. The least 17 years old, pass minimum of high school. Besides, candidates also show their abilities about listening and understand what the customers say.
Step 3: In PV GAS, they pay attention to “core competencies” and “life skills”. From that, department can get information, classification and choice the candidates who are suitable position according to the job requirement. For higher positions, company also take care the degrees and years experiences of candidates.
Step 4: When finishing three steps above, human resource department of PETROVIETNAM will send emails, letters or phone to candidates were chosen. Then, candidates will be known about time, day, place by staffs of company. Besides, candidates also tell what the position they want to recruit in corporation.

Step 5: * Interview on these responses are scored: The questions often concern experiences in field of engineers, employees and life skills. For managers, the PV Gas should has problem-solving questions, ask candidates about companies which they used to work, why they don’t want work in there and positions and salary that they expect. However, if there are several candidates apply in managers. One to one interview is most popular. Interview on questionnaire show the fairness, candidates also can be active for answers A, B, C and D. Besides, the comment in last question, candidates can write what they require about company. * Then showing customer service skills: the candidates overcome the first element, they will see second challenge. There are able small games about situations, teamwork and special games showing customer service skills. The skills which any one staffs of PETROVIETNAM must have in order to give satisfaction customers. The candidates are bad at these skills, they are easily dropped in this element if they don’t have something else impression. Through games, the PV Gas will consider all of players and pays attention the players who have abilities and choose the suitable position for candidates. This element not only creates the relaxation for candidates but also finds out potential people. * Finally ability to handle delicate small components: the most of candidates overcome second element, they really the good players. Because PV Gas is very careful in service skills which are strategy can create the trust and attachment of customers with company and company also check answer sheet of first test of candidates, it is right or wrong through second test. Therefore, the candidates can stand in finally test. They surely are members of company. In last test, PV Gas only wants to check again professional abilities. There is a manual dexterity test involving a wiring exercise for company. The candidates will show the skillful ability, work-solving and ect. From that, PETROVIETNAM can estimate the strengths about human resource, besides they also choose the people who they need to have the tactic in order to keep them with company. For potential candidates, they also have the benefits more than others.

In my opinion, this is really one of good way so that PV Gas recruits new members. Although it may takes lots of time. However, the results which are the company receive the big one. During the interview, small games and checking on wiring, human resource department easily check and see the people have potential and achieve target of company expect and more expect.
Step 6: when company chosen the people with suitable position, company can think the development strategies and support for new members can help company develop in future.
Step 7: after the tests. Human resource department will select in data again about CVs achieve requirement. Then, writing letter, sending email or phoning number for those candidates.

Apply legal, regulatory and ethical considerations to the selection process
In the selection process, the PV Gas also takes care to apply legal, regulatory and ethical which are able to affect to recruitment.
For company: * The firstly in law of the labour union, the company have to care about the ages of people in labour. According to law of Vietnam, the people in age of labour is fifteen to fifty-five (female) and sixty (male). Besides, PV Gas also considers the kinds of certificates of staffs. For example, company want to recruit a driver, it means the people want to become the diver of company must have a driving licence * Besides, the company has to ensure the safety and good environment in work for company. In order to carry out the safety, we should have insurance for staffs. It not only creates the believing of employees but also makes the attachment of employees with company. * Moreover, to discriminate among male and female in recruitment, regulation of increasing salary, promotion and the rules which are preference for pregnant female and female. It should take care. Because both world and Vietnam try to take the fairness for everyone. And the government will punish any company do the wrong rules. * On the other hand, when we say about ethical, the company does not allow to make the pressure for both spirit and time-work of employees. The problem concern to discriminate about belief, race, social class and ect that will be remove in Vietnam. A country is civilized and democratic.
For employees, staffs: * The employees, staffs and company should have the trust and helping together in order to develop. Specially, the employees, staffs must be earnest, not intend to stolen anything in company. If anyone or someone of them have this thinking. The company can fired this people or bring to state. The corporation doesn’t make decision for this problem about how to punish the employees. * Besides, employees and staffs have to obey the rules of company such as: no smoking while working, have good behavior together, active in work and any complain they must sent letter or get ideas for their manager, they don’t allow to rise up that make affect to corporation. Additionally, if employees or staffs want to take a rest some day, they must report for manager or CEO and they also give the suitable causes.

Teamwork is also a necessary factor, which decides for success in company. The mix of knowledge, skills and experience necessary for a team can fulfil its functions. There are some basic factors for team building process. * The first factors in process, so that we can have a effective team, we need to define the role of members in team about leader, thinker, doer and carer. This also is the step to form the clearly mission and vision for team. * Thinker is the people who have many new ideas, he or she will show the thinking for members in team and discuss together about this ideas which are suitable or not. * Doer is the people who have a lot of experience life, he or she will have the tactics in order to attract the attention of customers such as: marketing, advertising and so on * Carer: this kind of people is part which is never lack of team. when the team discuss a problem, but it can’t give a good result, the leader and carer will together take easy for everyone and carer always get psychology of members and have the solutions to solve the problem. Therefore, carer often clam people in team. * And the most important is the leader, a leader who the people usually know all of problem in teams, who members in team are usually the putting trust. Besides, in order to become a leader, this people must know how to select the information for members, then make decision and explain the suitable reasons about this.

This is the four kinds of people that I think we should have in first factors. However, it not means they only do their work, they also support together when the complex matters and have the comment which they aren’t satisfying about team. It will help members to more and more close-knit. * The second factor in process. We also take care of relationship of members in team and the appearing problem. Then, the leader or members have the best solution. For example, there are five members in the team, but having two members are close friends. When team discuss, the members have the good relationship, they will together support and protect the ideas. This problem can make unfair, the other members also feel be painful. The close relationship may have two cases (between leader and member or member and member). If between leader and member, everyone must have a meeting and comment for leader to recognize his or her mistake. If between member and member, leader should have the special talking and remind the two close friends about they need to attend the influences of their relation in work while they discuss in team. Another example, it’s also in the discussion, when last decision of all members is different decision with leader. In this problem, the leader really loses about motivators. Thus, leader must have the explaining which is able to change the decision of members or the leader must follow the ideas of them if leader can’t have good reasons in order to convince his or her team. Specially, the rules in team at first meeting, this is very important. Because it is the base of good routines in next time.
It is extremely lots of skills and experience which PV Gas and any companies should pay attention when working team. Depending on each case, the leader and members in team have the other solutions. Therefore, PV Gas always take care of recruitments in order to select the good CVs, it is not only personal experiences but also teamwork skills.

Analyze dynamics within teams, stimulate and promote a team spirit which helps motivate and provides support to team members
In the future, company can have new projects. Therefore company should keep ability and character of staffs. From that, they will define what kind of project which the corporation distributes for the suitable staffs with their mission. It’s both making motivation staffs both profit for company. The figure of people in a team often depends on kinds of project (big or small). However, three to fifteen is the best in the perfect team. Following above, we should have four kinds of people are leader, thinker, doer and carer. Besides, the others members also should have diversity of field skills and life skills. More and more, teamwork will work effectiveness if the members have same ideas and cooperative spirit together.
Unity among members is one of necessary factor. How to make the feeling about anyone people are the part which never lack of team. Each spirit of each member will add the strengths for big target of them as well as company. And each activity of each member will affect to team. Thus, members also must pay attention what they will do and careful work. Coming to the trust about abilities among members, it will motivate for everyone do work with all one's heart. They also are more confident when do work with business friends, because other members had the best completion in their field as well as going up percent of success. On the other hand, a party on the weekend is able to promote a team spirit. At time, everyone in team can have occasion to relax, to more understand their partners. Besides, they also can comment together about weakness and strengths of each member and improve its.

Clarify expectations of relationships.
Another thing which is expectation of relationships, this problem also needs to care in team. The relationship among members may be good in this time, but sometime they also have the conflict. Therefore, in order to reduce the complex problem. The leader as well as members need to support finding out the solutions, the team should put the work in top, don’t be delay because of the conflict inside. Thus, the leader with the supporting of carer will make the meeting among people having conflict, together remove complex inside and they can shake hands in work again. More and more, the leader must pay attention to talent people who is able to have ambitions and also want to become a manager in future. Thus, the leader has to show the abilities in order to make the admiration for talent and ambitions members. And for lazy people, the leader should strong solutions in order to overcome this such as: estimate bonus in last month and so on.
For PV Gas, there are many departments as well as managers. So that company must consider the relationship between department and managers. A strong company, which knows how to connect relation among manager of departments, and managers also create the good relations among staffs of the departments. If PV Gas can do that, it will become one of best condition for development strategy of corporation.

Encourage team members to develop roles during their team assignments

There are nine team-roles which are often used in teamwork. However, according to style of team in order to chooses the suitable team-roles. Base on four roles (leader, thinker, doer and carer). We also need some roles. * Implementer: they will receive mission for leader. Implementer is very careful in work, she or he often consider everything before they carry out mission. Besides, this kind of people must be reliable, because there are tasks can affect to profit of company, if they makes only small fault, the company and their team will have the complex with business. This will get the consequences that nobody wants. Another case, if the leader doesn’t clearly check implementer. Unluckily, implementer is a staff of competitors’ company. It means the company unintentionally talks the strategy for competitors. * Coordinator: this people have good watching about ability of members in team. They also estimate problem and decide what the mission of team should carry out first, then they will allocate the people who they think this member is able to complete task with the best process. Coordinator often has lots of knowledge and life skills. They are the important part if this team wants to go up the working process.

* Specialist: sometime, Specialist also needs to invite when team receive the project in short time or the project is so difficult that team is not able to complete on time. At time, leader will call all of members to discuss about they should invite the specialist in order to have some advices. Another case, the specialist may the close friends of one of members in team. Although any cases happen, when we do any work, we also take back the profit. Thus, the leader also distributes the good members who following to specialist so that they can study experience in work for senior people.
Normally, so that leader or manager chooses members to follow and learn experience for specialist, it will make the envy among staffs. This problem often sees at company as well as PV Gas. Thus, staffs who are chosen, they is not only really talent people but also friendly people in order to reduce envies of other staffs.

Empower teams to develop their own ways of working independently and to rely on their own capabilities within pre-set boundaries
When a team shows their team which is united, hard working, on the order hand, member can solve the situations in all of case. It is evident if manager empowers for members have good behavior so that members can develop their own ways of working independently. * Firstly, information can be used by a leader to involve the employee in the decision making process and empower them. Subordinate also making decision for something which they think is good and member must get all of responsibility for current problem. However, the important problem, they must report to manager in order to consider and make decision. With empowerment, it will create the good conditions for member who was empowered. He or she will know how to become a manager and the difficulty of a manager. * Secondly, a leader who has expertise can demonstrate how to perform a task. For example, when the company shows for staffs a new technique, they managers will send to staffs about keys of technique, the staffs will find out and observe, then they try the ways in order to can use this technique, the people can use this or have the good ideas, he or she may become empowered.

* Thirdly, a leader who has personality of referent power is described as a person who is generally liked and admired by others because of it. Manager also care the personality of members, when manager have new task, the members who have the best suggest and some characters which the they manager need, this person will be empowered

For manager, they also have responsibility to reporting process in job every month for company. This will help company to estimate this people as well as check about strength of human resource so that they will have new strategies in future. Besides, it is also a part in the appreciation for go up higher positions of this people in last year

Conclusion
Recruitment, selection and teamwork are the important part in all of companies as well as PV Gas. Therefore, PV Gas need to more attention about those problems so that they can help company more and more develop.
