I am glad to help you with the process to set up a shopping cart for your new e-commerce website. I am glad that things are going so well since we set up your website and that business is growing for you.
According to what you told me, you believe that you may be losing sales since the customers currently have to call you at your brick and mortar store, and make a payment over the phone. From the customers’ point of view, they want to feel that they are in control of their purchase, and they want it to be simple.
