Determine how you could incorporate technology to support your students’ ability to write in your current(or future) role as an educator. As an educator, when integrating technology in the classroom the approaches are more students centered. Students, on the other hand, work better together while using technology to do multiple activities. The students are more active and motivated about their work. They also create a sense of control over their assignments. When students are doing writing assignments, they focus more on the main idea of their assignment, word usage, subject and verb agreement, word, spelling, etc. The students reading skills are enhanced through technology. Also, the students are enhanced in vocabulary, reading, and sight word acquisition. The student reading levels also increases. The use of the internet helps enhance students thinking skills and problem solving skills. Evaluate specific ways you will use technology to help build communities in your classroom( or future classroom). There are several ways educators can use to build communities in the classroom. Wiki is one way to build communities in the classroom because it offer an environment for the students to come together in a learning-building community. Wiki is a type of website that allows users to ad, remove, or edit and change available content. Blogs is another way to build community in the classroom. Blogs are intended for people to use as personal diaries or journals for individuals to post their own thoughts, ides and opinions. Blog writers can link to many different websites. They also can link to other blog that might refute the opinions expressed in one’s own blog. Instant messages can also build community in the classroom. Instant messages is a form of real life communication among two individuals based on texting that is transferr3ed between computers over the internet and mobile phones. Instant messaging increases communication and allows easy collaboration. As an educator, I will identify a clear purpose for my students to use the chat room and instant messaging. Assess how you can integrate videoconference in your classroom( or your classroom in your future career) in a productive way. Videoconferencing is technology which offer great potential for connecting students in live interactions with others to whom they would otherwise have no access. Videoconferencing replaces when a classroom is unable visit other locations. Videoconferencing can also build communication skills among school and communities. Also, videoconferencing can encourage relationships which show students the real-life application of classroom learning. Assess difficulties you expect to encounter when applying these new technologies and determine how you will address them. Some parents and others might say that technology in the classroom is irrelevant. They don’t feel it will be beneficial for their children learning. By having parent meeting discussing how technology will enhance their children learning will educate the parents on the learning issues. Giving hand on experience for the parents will also help them tyo learn more about technology. Maybe this will change their way of thinking. Some people are just in the old way of learning and are scared to make change.

Specifically, the paper provides a comprehensive quantitative review of the extant econometrics literature through a meta-regression analysis of 64 empirical studies that collectively report 868 estimates of the effects of education on inequality. We find that education affects the two tails of the distribution of incomes; it reduces the income share of top earners and increases the share of the bottom earners, but has no effect on the share of the middle class. Inequality in education widens income inequality. Education has a larger negative effect on inequality in Africa. The heterogeneity in reported estimates can be largely explained by differences in the specification of the econometric model.
