ADVANTAGES: THEY MIGHT BOOST THEIR KNOWLEDGE IN MANGAING AND HANDLING DOWN THEIR SUBORDINATES AND THEY MIGHT HAVE A GOOD WORKING REALATIONSHIP BETWEEN THIER SUBORDINATES.

DISADVANTAGES: SUPERVISORS MIGHT BE LAZY TO GO TO THE VENUE BECAUSE IT MIGHT BE FAR FROM THEIR HOME AND THEY MIGHT THINK THAT THEY WILL LEAVE THIER FAMILIES WITH A COUPLE OF DAYS.

➢ 2. FIND NEW EMPLOYEES TO BE SUPERVISORS MUST BE ALT LEAST 25-30 YEARS OLD AND EXPERIENCED AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS OF HANDLING EMPLOYEES.
