Employee Management Plan
Eric is satisfied with his job because he likes that he is able to tell people what to do. Eric he feels he has the chance to do something that makes use of his abilities. Eric is happy with his job right now but his lack of engagement may change that in the future. Eric’s weakest area overall was his engagement. This can become a problem for the company because he may start not caring about his work. He will not be as motivated as other employees. Eric may start missing work a lot, he also is not going to be self -motivated. Eric also has an emotional weakness of feeling ashamed which may carry over to his work. Some other assessments that Eric could benefit from are:
What’s the right organizational culture for me?
How committed am I to my organization?
How power-oriented am I?
What’s my job’s motivating potential?

Terri is highly satisfied with her job. There wasn’t anything about her job that she was dissatisfied with. Terri is engaged at work as well. Terri’s weaknesses are that her emotions are strong in her decision making. Terri’s deliberate decision making can sometimes be rushed. Her emotional intelligence score shows that she may fit well in a management position and be a good team member. Other assessments that would be beneficial for Terri are:
How confident am I in my abilities to succeed?
What’s my attitude toward working in groups?
What’s my job’s motivating potential?
How confident am I in my abilities to succeed?

Mary is unhappy with her pay and she feels like she cannot advance. Eventually Mary is going to quit because she is going to get tired of feeling underpaid and not being able to move up in the company. Mary answered that she was unsure about being engaged.
