From the start the chapter we learn of the Forbes 400 richest people in the country. We are then question if the rich should give to the poor and if they should be tax more. My first instinct would have been yes. The majority of the income in the U.S. in owned by the top 1%. But as the chapter goes more in depth I start to realize that if they weren't doing their job there would be a different outcome. This is as if our teacher would curve our test.
